Can you explain again what the Work Types section of my Highlands Ability Battery report is meaning to tell me?

Answer:

With the Work Types the computer program is basically attempting to predict what functions at work you will probably enjoy doing more of.  The list does not take into account your interests, background, personality, values, or skills (because it is a computer program and doesn’t know you!).  But the idea is the report recommends to spend more time each week doing your Strong and Good matches, a little fewer hours doing your Moderate matches, and the fewest hours each week doing the Weak matches.  It is NOT saying that you can’t do the weak matches, but that you probably would enjoy fewer hours doing them each week. Also, the asterisks denote that with experience you will enjoy doing the function more, so they’ll rise in the list. Does that help?
